Active AI Provider Routing

Official OpenAI developer platform credential.

Server Turn Detection (VAD)

PBX / SIP Integration

Configure the connection parameters between this server and your PBX instance.

The public IP the PBX will send SIP INVITE to and where audio RTP packets will flow.
UDP port for SIP signaling (default 5080). Must be open on firewall.
UDP port range for audio RTP. Each active call uses 2 ports. Open this range on the firewall.

The fallback extension is configured per tenant — go to Tenants → Edit to set it for each customer's PBX domain.

Email Notifications (SMTP)

Configure the mail server to send call summaries automatically.

587 = TLS, 465 = SSL
If left empty, the SMTP user is used as the sender.
The test uses the values above (no need to save first).

Two-Factor Authentication (Email)

After a correct password, users get a 6-digit code by email (valid 3 minutes). If SMTP is down, 2FA is skipped and you'll see a warning banner.

Comma or space separated. These IPs never get prompted for 2FA. localhost (127.0.0.1 / ::1) is always trusted, so local testing won't ask for a code.

Agent Templates

Templates are available to all tenants when creating or editing an agent. Texts marked with [BRACKETS] must be customized by each tenant.

IVR Agents

Linear flows: they play an audio and capture the key the customer presses (DTMF). Results are exported like AI objectives, without transcript or summary.

FAX Ai

Each Fax AI monitors a mailbox, reads incoming fax attachments whose subject matches a keyword, extracts the fields you define, auto-classifies the fax into a disposition + subcategory, and runs that disposition's action (call an API or send an email).
